Originally I was using the stock 2.5" 4.3 exhaust system. After I had collected enough 3" pipe and bends I decided to build my 3" system.

	I built the Y-pipe out of 2 1/4" exhaust pipe. I simply cut pipe and welded bends to it.. After it was complete I welded another layer of metal around it so that it was double layered. The section on the drivers side was sand-blasted and treated with CermaKrome hi-temp coating.
	I made the Y-pipe. If you have a mig welder and some patience you should be able to make the same thing.
	Here is the muffler. I use band clamps everywhere so that the exhaust system can be easily removed if necessary.
	Here is the tailpipe. It has a few more welds than I would like, but it will do for now.
	Here is the chrome exhaust tip.
	Here is the 3" cat and intermediate pipe. I built the flange on the back of the cat.
